Is there a fee for classes at the U?
Many classes at HarborOne U are free. However, there are a few classes that a fee is required and that fee will be displayed on the flyer and the website registration page. Some classes that a fee is required include, but are not limited to: Certified First Time Home Buyer in cooperation with NeighborWorks Housing Solutions and English for speakers of other languages (ESOL).
Do you offer classes for First Time Home Buyers?

Does HarborOne U provide financial education to the community?

Do you have to be a HarborOne customer to attend classes at the U?
No. HarborOne U classes are open to the public.

Does HarborOne only cover community investments in a certain geographical area?
Yes, we provide support to local organizations across Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
What is the turnaround time for funding/support?

What kind of organizations does HarborOne support?
HarborOne supports local community organizations, non-profits and 501c3 organizations.
Does HarborOne provide scholarships?
Yes, we provide significant support through our ONECommunity scholarship program. Each year, we provide 20 $5,000 one-time schoalrships to seniors in high school with plans to attend a 2 or 4 year college or university.
