Why am I being charged a fee under ‘Other fees due’ on my billing statement?
Generally, when leasing a vehicle, the customer is responsible for the excise tax. If the excise tax has not been paid by the customer HarborOne will pay the bill and assess the amount to the account.
How can I get access to my title?
Titles are electronically held at the RMV. We can request the title be sent to corporate or a branch for payoff.
What is the grace period on my loan?
On consumer loans we have a 10-15 day grace period. Please refer to your specific loan documents for your grace period.
How do I setup an automatic payment?
You can set up a reoccurring payment through our website, by calling 1-800-244-7592, setting up a transfer through your HarborOne online banking, or visiting any one of our branches. For more information please visit https://www.harborone.com/loan-payments
How can I find out my payoff amount?

Will I receive a monthly bill or statement?
Yes, you will receive a monthly billing statement in the mail.
How long does it take to setup an external withdrawal from another bank?
External Transfers may take between 3 to 5 business days to complete. Once you add the account we send out trial deposits to confirm the account is linked correctly. Then we request proof that you are an account signer with a copy of a statement or voided check. Once confirmed you will be able to process your external transfers.
How long does it take to transfer from my HarborOne bank account to another HarborOne customer’s bank account?
Once you enter the information requested for the individual and account that you are transferring funds to, the destination account will be added to your list of accounts available for transfer activity immediately.
How can I review one of my bill payments?
