As a community driven organization volunteerism is at the core of the HarborOne culture. We are proud to have been recognized as one of the Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work and by Forbes a Best in State Bank for three consecutive years.

At HarborOne, we believe education fuels future success. In 2016, HarborOne pledged $1 million over 10 years to provide scholarships to deserving high school students in an effort to ease the financial burden associated with higher education.

The HarborOne Foundation mission is to strengthen and empower individuals and families by investing in highly effective non-profit organizations that are creating positive and lasting change in local communities where we live and work.

Through our Community Sponsorship and Donation Program, we provide support to local organizations across the southeastern MA and RI. The areas of focus that we align with are education, affordable housing and basic needs.
